Has anyone attempted to lower their SHBG with the intention for raising free T? What were your results?

I realize that doing so would also free up E2. I also understand Dr John's position. Thanks

Where is your SHBG sitting at the moment? Is your liver showing signs of stress?

Higher dosing of Test (within TRT limits of course) often lowers SHBG, so depending upon where you fall now, that may be something to try. Of course if your Total T is already coming in at 1000+ and your SHBG remains at 56 that may not help you.
