There have been guys on the forum that have used this, including myself, but the general consensus is that while your igf-1 levels may go up a bit, there are no real differences that you can see or feel unless you commit to at least 6 months to a year and even then the changes are extremely subtle if you can even see any changes at all.
I think it helps some guys sleep better though and that alone might make a case for it - just ask anybody that has battled poor sleep or insomnia - anything that can help is greatly appreciated.
