Secondary Hypo: HCG Mono, Good Test Results, No Relief

As some of you already know, I'm 22 now, but was diagnosed with secondary hypogonadism last year (which makes sense -- I had pretty late puberty and whatnot).

I've been taking HCG monotherapy since last summer. My bloodwork, some of which was received today, all looks good. And for a while it probably was OK, but since about a month ago, I have definitely seen a significant drop in sex drive.

Today, my doctor gave me a worthless 6 minute appointment, pretty much just telling me that my bloodwork looked fine and that it didn't appear that anything was wrong (he suggested maybe stress, which is definitely not the case). I also took it upon myself to check estradiol, but it's sitting at 24 so I'm assuming that's not an issue. I've received MRIs and all that jazz already, they all came back fine. Anyone have any ideas?

Truth be told, we haven't seen or heard of many successful HCH-mono protocols here. Not saying they can't or don't unfold, I'm simply saying that it's not something that is common here. It made sense for you, at your age, to not jump right into TRT, but you are now at something of a cross-roads. How much confidence do you have in your doctor??
