Scrotum Tightness - Dosage

Have any of you guys experienced a relationship between scrotum tightness and dose? For example, higher relative dose scrotum is tighter, lower relative dose scrotum is looser?

I have not noticed any difference but I have only been on two different dosages. I also have taken HCG since before starting TRT.

Apologies for the lack of details. Approximately 4+ months into TRT. Protocol change from 1/2g 200mg/g compounded cream daily (approximately 100mg/week) to 128mg T Cyp injected SubQ split E3.5D with 350 IU HCG E3.5D. Changed protocol several weeks ago.

On the road and don’t have labs accessible but total T level on cream was 795, free T above range max (I have 26 lowish SHBG) accompanied by E2 sensitive of around 39 just above range max.

Recently the scrotum tightness has become pretty uncomfortable - awkward to sit/sleep without things situated just right, etc.

Wondering if this could have been worsened by the dose increase and what I’m taking a wild guess will also be an E2 increase, or if this is a normal progression 4+ months into TRT. Sure hope it’s a somewhat controllable variable - I feel like I’m pretty much sitting on my nuts as I write this. Testicular size is ok since adding HCG, but the scrotum tightness is getting worse.

I seem to be having some trouble with scrotum tightness also. Am on 140 of test per week with 2 shots intermuscular. Just had my app with Dr. Saya but forgot to mention it. Testicle size seem to be fine.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
