Prostate Enlargement

I dealt with prostate issues (prostatitis) for years until I started taking Avodart every 2nd day. Thankfully BPH managed now.

What the heck does this have to do with BPH? And something that is banned by various organizations.
If you look at the webpage it has links to some studies that show some SARM is helpful for BPH. It wasn't clear to me whether the RAD-140 is the same compound as what was presented in the studies though.

Generic Tadalafil (Cialis) is usually started for most men once a day at 5mg for BPH or Benign Hyperplastic Prostatitis. It is NOT cancer and is a benign enlargement of the prostate which puts pressure on the urethra and bladder making it hard to start a stream, harder to empty well, and making one feel like they need to urinate more often. Tadalafil is reasonably effective for BPH and doesn't have lots of negative side effects. transient headache is probably the worst, and most men adjust to it. It is also inexpensive, available with prescription from your local Good RX pharmacy for about $20 or less for three months. Most men tolerate this drug well and it does provide reasonable reduction in symptoms of BPH. If you still have symptoms beyond that, you should discuss it with your urologist, but know this, many of the drugs used to treat BPH traditionally, like or especially finasteride, have some truly alarming side effects that can cause or greatly contribute to ED. Beware of these, and you should ask your urologist specifically about any of them they may prescribe. Personally, I would rather have a lazor or cryotherapy turp or the new "uroflow" device placed to relieve PBH symptoms than stay on the 5 alpha reductase inhibitors, unless you don't care if your best friend works or not.
