Cialis and prostate health

I've seen a lot of info when researching on the net about cialis and BPH. Does this mean that it has a preventative/protective attribute with regard to prostate cancer or just an enlarged prostate?
My father and his brother both have prostate cancer so this is of particular interest to me

The PDE class of drugs helps relax smooth muscle in and around the bladder which is one mechanism of how Cialis (PDE5) helps BPH. There was another post here recently regarding research on PDE4 inhibitor which is more potent in this regard.

I just finished testing low dose Viagra 25mg x2 per day for 1 month. I then tried Levitra low dose 10mg x2 per day for 1 month. This was to replace cialas 5mg x2 per day for BPH.
I just hate the side effects of cialas and was hoping one of the other boner pills would work as well for my BPH. They did not however I found Levitra at 20mg is way better than 20 mg cialas or 100mg Viagra for sex. YMMV

there is a prescription drug flomax that relaxes it too i think? I wonder if flomax works the same mechanism.
