I then saw the endo privately who said that i don't have primary hypogonadism but most likely secondary hypogonadism as LH and FSH where not out of range as they are in Primary hypogonadism.

I think your private endo has it backwards. Primary is when LH is in range, but the testicles are not producing enough Testosterone.
