Those are the two that stand out the most...but the Thyroid needs some intervention...TSH is too high and T3 and T4 are very low.

I agree also what's the range for the IGF-1?

I haven't seen IGF-1 expressed like that so I can't say.

Lab Corp range for IGF-1 is 54-194 ng/mL. Since Tommy's value is ug/L (per liter, not mL), the number is the same, and equates to 115.85 ng/mL.

I live in Portugal so it might be some differences. Anyway you see the IGF-1 etc... ranges attached.
