The blood analys is from a portuguese lab so some words might be confusing. Sorry!
However Vince since the thyroid values are within range what would be my best arguments when talking to my doc? And what treatment is required ? With som more info I would be more prepared to argue if needed with my doc.

You have to break away from inrange as being OK, it's not. An inrange TSH of 4.99, for instance, would not be OK. There are optimal levels to consider. A TSH of 2.96 means your body is low on Thryoid, note your FT3 and FT4 values are in the very low percentiles there. Your pituitary is signaling the crap out of your Thyroid to make more hormone, yet you're still low.

That's a problem.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
