I've been reading a lot about Low Testosterone and have read numerous of threads from this board.

Recently I have been in contact with Defy Medical and they required me to get particular tests done.

Defy Medical has been very nice to me over the phone/email. The individual I spoke with said that the doctor is willing to work with me for a possible HPTA restart based on the labs I first sent them (these labs were done during June/July of 2015 and they requested new ones)

Background Info on Me:

-19 Years Old
-6'1"
-154 pounds

-Lifting weights 4 years (seriously/properly about 1.5 years)
-Lifting 4 days per week with cardio 3 times per week
-Counting macros/calories for nearly 900 days.

-Hired a coach to monitor my weekly progress. (Diet and training is done religiously).
-90-95% whole foods daily (eggs, peanut butter, tilapia, chicken, potatoes, spinach, carrots - all I eat really)

-I take 60mg Zinc daily, 5g Creatine daily, 5000 IU Vitamin D daily, 20mg Nolvadex (for the past 60-65 days) daily.
-Coach recommended I take 20mg Nolvadex daily to lower estrogen. Estrogen was 33 before (lower now - see below) and Total Testosterone was 385 before (higher now - see below)

-Gains in the gym are very very slow.
-Often tired. No motivation to chase girls like a 19 year old college student should.
-Majority of fat located around lower back/hips/love handles.

-No alcohol consumption, no drugs whatsoever.
-Sleep 6-8 hours per night guaranteed.

Below are my most recent lab results - December 2015:

I am concerned about the high cholesterol values based on the reasons explained above

Any insight is highly appreciated!

Cholesterol is highly dependent on genetics and you are not that far above the ideal range - in fact your numbers could be within the normal testing variances even. Once you get dialed in with Defy that is likely to drop a bit.

Thank you - yeah, I was only curious as to why the cholesterol levels were 'high' because my diet is 100% in check.

Thanks again.
