Personal Nandrolone Experience

I wanted to place a quick log on my two-month cycle of Nandrolone to help with the growing body of evidence of user experiences for this forum.

I was prescribed 60mg of Nadrolone per week by Defy Medical (taken three times in the week at 20 mg doses each). This is along with my 100 mg of Test Cyp weekly.

Pros:
-Increased libido - I had no issues with ED or libido, and in fact, my libido was almost too intense each day.

-Joint Relief - I experienced mild joint relief at about the 5-6 week mark. I was able to do pull-ups with no pain, and I believe a 100mg dose or more would provide even greater benefits.

-Muscle Fullness - I don't think I gained much muscle during this two-month period, but I definitely experienced muscle fullness due to the water weight/retention. The water seemed to go straight to my muscles in my chest, arms, and delts. When I saw myself in the mirror, I was honestly surprised by how I looked after just two weeks of using nandrolone because the difference was so stark.

Cons:
-Vertigo/dizziness - When I was a child, I had to have tubes in my ears to alleviate a buildup of fluid in my ear canals, so this may just be something I am prone to. At the two-month mark of nandrolone use, I began to get very dizzy. Even when I sat down, I felt like the room was spinning. I suspected the nandrolone, not directly causing this, but indirectly due to fluid buildup and water retention. I stopped taking it, and after 3-4 days, all dizziness stopped. It has been about three months now, and I have not had any of the dizziness return.

Overall, the pros were wonderful, but the dizziness was just too great to overcome. I wish I could continue nandrolone, but I just don't think that is possible.

Anyway, I hope this mini report can help someone in the future.

Cheers!

Defy prescribed my 60mg 2x/week.
I like it. I think ive felt some aggression on it, easier to anger but has to be provoked, if Im saying it right. Definite body comp change that I can see in the mirror. This went hand in hand with a T increase from 50mg/mL cream to 100mg/mL cream that I use. No negative sexual sides at this dose. Shoulders do feel better which is why I had asked about it, my gym agenda is on track.

Thanks for the report. Some things to consider...

If you have access to a clinic that has a Hyperbaric Chamber, that can help with dizziness. The high pressure version is a standard treatment for people recovering from stroke, and a friend of mine who used it said it was the single biggest factor that allowed him to go from a wheelchair to walking again. Whether it would work for you is anyone's guess but it seems low-risk to at least try the low-pressure version which does not require a prescription.

If you are comfortable sourcing the short-acting version of Nandrolone (NPP) that might give you less water retention given the rise and fall it would produce.

I have no experience with diuretics but perhaps occasional brief use is worth a try although dehydration is certainly something to carefully avoid.

You might want to review the Fixes For Joint Issues thread elsewhere in the forum. You would almost certainly want to add in DMSO and possible BPC 157 for your shoulder.
