Nipples

Been on TRT for three mos. For the past couple months my nipples have been protruding (like when cold) but absolutely no sensitivity, pain, puffiness or lumps. Is this a sign of anything to report to my Dr?

You should mention any changes like this to your Doc. I imagine your Doc will investigate estrogen levels but with no pain or sensitivity it might just be a watch and see kind of thing. Your body may be just hormonally levelling out with the addition of exogenous testosterone.

This is normal in many and sensitivity can be increased when FT levels are healthy.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
