Nipple sensitivity with TRT

Recently I've been noticing increased sensitivity of mild pre-existing gyno. The tissue has become sensitive again and is less fibrous than it was before. There is no and has never been lactation. Here is some recent lab work, I'm wondering what else I may want to at.

Testosterone, Total 300 - 1080 ng/dL 1209ng/dl
Sex Hormone Binding Glo 11 - 80 nmol/L 47nmo/L
Testosterone, Free 47 - 244 pg/mL 222 pg/mL
Testosterone, % Free 1.6 - 2.9 % 1.8 %
Estradiol, Blood 13
Prolactin 18.8
Triiodothyronine, Free 2.5 - 4.3 pg/mL 1.2
Free T4 0.93 - 1.70 ng/dL 0.94
TSH 0.27 - 4.20 uIU/mL 2.59

estradiol is very low, prolactin above range, but not where I would expect it to the cause (and again no discharge) free T3 is very low but I've seen that it's usually hyper as opposed to hypo that can make gynecomastia and issue. Thoughts on potential causes or other values to check? Thanks!

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
