New Blood Work - Can someone review it and tell my why im impotent -Updated with bloodwork

Dont want to hear anyone rattling off about how i posted this 6 months ago, this is new blood work. The doctor prescribed me testosterone cream and i can say, it make my muscles more defined but it didnt do jack for my willy.

I did an experiment last night to see if viagra would work so I took 100mg viagra, after 45 mins i threw on some bikini models and my penis was essentially dead, i had to manually force an erection and after 3 hours i felt like crud for the rest of the night until the next morning. I realize now that viagra does not work at all. Nor does the 8mg of ciales the doctor prescribed me. I have given up fully on talking to women or pursuing a love life, I refuse to disappoint another women in the bedroom, it is not worth it for her sexually, or me. The light at the end of the tunnel is darkening.

A neurotransmitter imbalance perhaps or nerve problem. My main issue holding back 100% flaccid penis is my diabetes, which affects the nerves, neuropathy.

Back problems can cause nerve issues to the grown.

I think i fried all my nerves with research chemicals in my 20s...i dont think there is any tests for this tho....

Who is going to take your whining seriously when you're told about a reliable solution to your problem and you refuse to entertain it? You'd rather die alone because you are squeamish about the needle? Don't look for sympathy here.

If you don't get an erection from viagra/cialis, you have to do an ultrasound study of the blood vessels in your penis.

Viagra/cialis have no effect on libido and can actually decrease penis sexual pleasure sensitivity so make difference between erection problem, libido problem, and penis sensitivity problem.

Got to agree. You are allowing a fixable medical problem to ruin your life because of a fear of needles. You are also pretty depressed, my friend, and the negative loop of thoughts in your head is certainly not helping. Trimix could give you the confidence you need in the bedroom as well as in other areas of your life. A little success and a real life woman who you are wild about will make all the difference in the world.

Are you on any other meds? BP, heart meds, psychotropics? Also, ditch the cream for pins. That would help you with the fear of Trimix.

Yeah man. Try to relax. I know when I get all up in arms about my penis, it does not help anything. Try to stop pannicking and be more optimistic. It really does help. At the very least try to not give a shit, I started out there. I accepted that my penis issue would not be fixed instantaneously and that helped alot. From there I saw a little success and my optimism began to grow and over time it gets better and better. But your current loop of thought will keep you in a crappy place

It looked at some of your old threads. Before you started trt, your levels were super low. Men who had lower levels of testosterone through most of their life have a harder time on TRT. One of the reason is you need a lower lever like @Cataceous. I would look at his protocol. You may want to personally message him

A lot of men fail to realize when levels are low for many years, TRT isn’t going to bring about maximum benefit in a short amount of time.

It’s going to take many months, if not years to right the ship.

I read a few books as you know. Many say when you were young and you had high levels of testosterone. If you bring back your old levels, you will feel great. Just like I feel.

Why do some people require high testosterone levels to feel good on trt?

Most of the population feels totally fine with test levels naturally around like 500 or 600 or 700 and their free T isn't nearly 20+. On trt, a lot of guys don't feel good or get symptom relief until they go higher than that. And if their trough is 800 or 900, their peak is certainly even...

Damn man, I'm 73, with severe mental illness and caregiver to my wife who has Alzheimer's, who gave up on sex many years ago! Didn't stop me from going on testosterone when my blood test showed me borderline low. I have a great urologist. As for Trimix, which I've discussed with him, there will be a time or opportunity with a woman and VERY willing to stick a needle into the side of my penis to avail myself of that opportunity.

The world isn't perfect and neither is the human body but there is a way to get yourself hard in order to successfully have sex. It's your choice to be miserable or to get back in the game. And, from someone whose dealt with mental illness for most of my adult life, maybe you have undiagnosed clinical depression, separate from ED. Anyway, the solution to a problem or problems isn't going to be handed to you. You, and all of us, make conscious decisions about the quality of life we desire. Sometimes the path to that point or place is difficult but it's not unattainable. You have to have the will. I truly wish you the best in resolving this.

Try looking into the peptide Bremelanotide (pt-141) to help with your low Libido and I say this bcuz I had the unfortunately prostate cancer and ended up removing the prostate. A year later I was still suffering from the case of No Erections even after taking cialis and/or viagra, and fell into the same person slump you did with woman and dating fearing disappointing results.
I found a thread on this forum and pursued a what the hell decision to try it.
I can say Bremelanotide (pt-141) worked. It actually transmits your libido from your brain to your penis where viagra/cialis only helps blood flow.

I would ask your doctor for a slightly higher dosage.

It can take up to 6 months to ”start” seeing changes in erections and ejaculations.
