I just received my new bloodwork yesterday. Been on TRT (50mg twice a week dose) for 8 months now:

39 YO, 200lbs, workout 5 times a week (been lifting since 16)
Everything in CMP (AST, ALT, Creatinine, BUN, etc) all good and within normal limits
Estradiol 51 pg/ml (baseline was 31 before TRT)
HGB 17.3
HCT 53.8
Ferritin 71.1 ng/ml
Folate 10.6 ng/ml
Iron 94 up/dl
Total test 1177 ng/dl (baseline 600)
SHBG 39.5 nmol/L (baseline 66- main reason I started shots because my free test was low and bound by SHBG)
Free test 2.28% (baseline 1.3%)
Calculated free test 268 pg/ml (baseline 81 pg/ml)
Bioavailable test 628 ng/dl

Is it time for me to donate blood based on my HCT over 53? Also, should I consider an estrogen blocker (1/2 mg twice a week of Anastrazole? I’ve considered lowering my dose down to 80 mg a week total.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
