I thought it would be a good ting to share my first months of trt using Nebido. Not so much information regarding such long ester on this forum and I think this could be of interest for someone out there..
W1: 4ml
W3: 4ml
W6: 4ml
W11: 4ml
W16: First blood sample came in and S-test: >50 nmol/l, SHBG: 55, Free test: 9.1 nmol/l. I took a lot of other test as well, but only thing off, besides total testosterone, was my estradiol: 0.20 (0.0-0.17).
2ml divided into two injections in legs or but.
I once noticed gyno (W4-6 ish) and took 20mg tamoxifen for 5d and 10mg for 5d and it was gone. Now at W16 I started the same protocol to do the same once more.
All the "positive" effects of trt I might think has been masked by my high estrogen. Did almost buy Anastrozole yesterday, but since I want to only use Nebido long term, I did not buy it. Since my S-test was so high, I will prolong my interval by 2W and test again in W18 to see where it sits. I do want to have my estrogen in order for sure..
Looking forward to have everything settle and feel better again. My Q by now is when to take my next injection and how to get my estrogen controlled long term.
Btw. I am 32y old and have a 10y history before using Nebido that I could share, but maby some other time.
Notes: Low libido (get hard), more sweating in the gym and at night, mood swings, drinking A LOT of fluids (also pee a lot). My "life" spark has is not "there" yet, but I hope it comes back
