My blood work on new protocol

Hi there

I’ve started my new trt protacol

Was doing 125 mg twice a week 62.5 min abs Thursday , but to many ups and downs

So I’ve gone daily sub q shots

105 mg a week 15 mg daily

I’m amazed how well a low dose has worked on me

Just need some help on my bloods

I took my daily shot at 5 30 am and bloods were took around 11 30 am

So kinda peak not through as could not get a morning appointment

Here’s the blood work

Serum testosterone 31.7 nmol/l range 8.4- 27.4
Shbg. 16 nmol/l range 10 - 80
Free testosterone 1028 pmol/l range 134- 844
serum oestriol 168 pmol/l

Now I’m happy with these apart from my estrogen seems a tad high

Reason I went to daily sub q to get down e2 levels

And drop my dose from 125 mg to 105

My test on daily sub q on 105 is higher than 125 instrmusclar twice a week

What the best way to get the estrogen down

Don’t really want to lower test dose anymore than 105 as like it where it is guessing before morning injection it would be around 800 ish maybe lower ?

In USA units my estrogen is 45.7 pg/ml

What’s the best way around this as should be between 20 and 30

Would 25 mg of proviron a day help or a small dose of aromasin 6.25 mg twice a week ?

Some thoughts and info would be great

Thanks

Your estradiol is fine. It corresponds to your total T.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
