Managing low FT

Buy Lab Tests Online
hi
Last time I had my FT only around 1% of my TT though with a good level of SHBG and E2 (not too low or too high).

Question: For instance in order to increase the FT would I have to increase my Testo dosage?

Example: 1% of 800 = 8 pg/mL (now) and 1% of 1000 = 10pg/mL (a higher level of TT by increasing the dosage). Would it be worth it by only gaining 2pg/mL considering higher E2 etc.…What could be the gain with such small increase? Almost nothing I believe.
Is the % more or less static or is it fluctual with any possibility to increase only the % without increasing the dosage?

Yes, raising your T dose or lowering your SHBG are the two ways to increase your free T levels. Vitamin D can lower SHBG in many guys, for example.

ERO,
Last time (though a year ago) I had my SHBG at 26,11nmol/L (13,50-71,40) which is a pretty nice level. So if I still have around the same level now I don´t think lowering it would be a good idea. I don´t know!

Total and free testosterone are typically expressed in different units of measure. Double check your lab results: is your total testosterone in ng/ml and your free testosterone in pg/ml? Did you use the free testosterone calculator on the site that uses albumin and SHBG as calculation factors?

What exactly are your symptoms? Are you on TRT but not feeling any better? Something else? Getting wrapped around the axle on a number is not helpful to you or anyone. How you feel is the key.
