These men are not on trt, but could it be possible that fertility and libido are directly connected? Perhaps in some men there is no desire for sex if the body isn't fertile, and could explain why some men lack a healthy libido or lack it entirely without HCG. While others perhaps retain enough fertility or genetically aren't predisposed to libido issues regardless.

Personally I find HCG begins to restore libido but very quickly I run into issues, likely due to how high it drives my e2.

It's also possible that in these men, low libido could be due to their hormone levels as well which would also impact fertility and make it a correlation, rather than a causation, but I thought the discussion would be interesting and some of you trt super geniuses here could chime in.

Tyrosine is a precursor to dopamine right? That could definitely be related.

Yes,,,but in the same I stopped hcg and fsh so I need to confirm it’s l-tyrosine I took two scopes 500mg each, it’s a very tiny scope.
Also I was doing it EOD all this to be confirmed

One point to add, I take also 5mg cialis but also not necessarily daily. It’s defiantly something u should try. Helps with libido also.

I'm confused because your first post said you were taking hcg and fsh - but when you stopped it your libido went up, or only with the tyrosine?

I am saying when I started tyrosine I have also stopped hcg and fsh “because I was in a short trip and didn’t bring them” so to know for sure is tyrosine was the reason I have to take hcg and fsh plus tryrosine only then I will know for sure it was the tyrosine and nothing related to hcg or fsh.
I am going home tomorrow and will restart taking them again. Will report progress once I am sure.

although I think the reason is the tyrosine. But have to repeat and make sure.

I have been in TRT for about 4 months, I have not seen increase in libido. I have been using viagra for ED issues.....

I'm interesting in using the daily 2.5 or 5 mg cialis. Does it really help to increase libido??

I think it did help for me, however I am still in instigating the libido boost I got, I just remembered I was also taking ginseng which I stopped also when I traveled so:
Checking first tyrosine alone,This week EOD.
Second I am back on fsh and hcg what happen if I stop them.
Last take ginseng again and stop it.
