my libedo went bye bye over night....taking 200 mg T once a week, 10 mg cialis daily, .5 blocker and .25 (sunday and wed). I was taking 500 iu hcg 2 twice a week, but doctor changed it to 200 iu 5 times a week..taking it everyday, except day of shot and day after..i was fine on thursday, hard erection and nice ejaculation...friday 3/4 erection and hard time ejaculating...sat, sun and monday, 3/4 hard and couldnt ejaculate...it seems i dont have the sensation at the head of the penis, and it sounds weird, but it feels like my mind and penis arent working together...ive emailed my doc, but wanted to see if anyone here has had this problem...been on tht for a year and a half and havent had any problems...

Need BW if it persists but try to stop worrying about it as it will only make matters worse.
Stop thinking about sex for a few days, no porn and no masturbation and see if libido kicks up a bit.
When as your last BW? May be time to get hormones and thyroid checked.

I totally get you! I've read that HCG should increase your libido, but from my experience it hurt mine. I had that penis/mind disconnect problem. It partially went away when I stopped HCG.

It will if it tanks your E2 levels; that's a classic sign.
If E2 is in the "sweet spot" libido can go through the roof!
last levels were test. 1130 and estrogen in 40's...im due to have labs done but wont be able to until july...the only thing that i have changed is the hcg..i went from 2 times a week(500iu each) to 5 times (200iu each)...i did have some fatigue last week.. all attempts have been tried orally due to the wifes period and she is wondering what is going on...its the strangest thing, never had this feeling..its like no matter how hard i try to concentrate, i just cant get my mind and penis on the same wave length..thanks for the input gene and everyone else..i may cut out the hcg until i get my labs..ive had my estrogen as high as 96 and never had this problem...
40's and 96 for E2? What are the ranges? Agree with poster above, give it a break for a few days. Sounds like you're trying to ejaculate everyday. Maybe leave it alone a few days. Not sure if I'd be too concerned this early. Looks like you've had a problem since Friday and it's only Monday. Since your partner is giving you oral sex and you know there will be no vaginal penetration, maybe that's creating a disconnect between your penis and brain. I know it would with me. Hang in there buddy.

I am thinking that the OP's worrying about it is causing a physiological problem.
I just don't see HCG as the cause as it usually enhances libido.
Agree, stop worrying about it, take a break for a few days and get your mind off it and see how you feel.
I know, easier said then done; but if you can take a break it might do you good.

Fatigue with higher doses of testosterone and/or HCG can be caused by sleep issues that can be caused by these higher doses.
Whoever expects to have the same libido every day is setting themselves up for big disappointments. Increasing testosterone helps increase libido but there are many other factors and neurotransmitters that affect libido.

I have definitely experienced this at higher doses, when I was above range. When I came back within range, my sleep improved immensely, as well as mood, libido and erections. To me, when I feel dialed in, sleep is usually really good as well. Kind of a chicken and egg conundrum.
well i didnt take any hcg since saturday, my full erections and ejaculation came back...the last three days have been almost like normal..my doc told me not to do the 200iu daily and not to take any hcg this week and just do the 500iu friday and sat and 200 mg T shot sunday...i just took the my hcg shot this morning and we will see..if things go goofy we will know its the hcg if not we will have to wait and see what the labs say...thanks for all the input....i dont have a normal schedule like most people, i work 15 or 16 hours hours a day straight and usually another 3 hrs during the night, 7 days a week..so i dont get alot of sleep, but ive been doing this for the last 20 years..and i guess alot of stress comes with that and kids in school and everyday life..

What you just described is probably contributing mighty to you suppressed libido.
It boggles me that HCG can cause this when it almost always has the complete opposite effect on the CNS.

I think what many men do not realize is that sex drive is cyclical even if same blood levels of testosterone are maintained. Factors like sleep quality, alcohol consumption, stress, lack of intimacy or "alone time", medications we take for sinus, colds, etc and other factors can decrease sex drive even in men with total testosterone above 1000 ng/dL. Injecting more testosterone of HCG does not change those negative factors on one's sex drive and mental state.
It is a sad reality to accept, but an honest one. Telling men that certain numbers will become their "sweet spot" is misleading and sets them up for disappointment and lack of adherence to a protocol that may improve outcomes in a long period.
We also get used to a "new normal" set point and forget where we came from when it comes to ED and libido.
When I need to jump start my libido, I watch some porn besides making sure I am adherent to my T+hcG protocol. If that does not do it, then I know physiologically there is something wrong.
