Helps you fall asleep faster but disrupts critical sleep cycles as well.Jumping in on this older post because I’m curious if anyone here has tried low-dose edibles or tinctures specifically for sleep. I’ve seen mixed results—some people say even tiny amounts help, while others feel groggy the next day. If anyone has dialed in a dose or found a type that works without next‑day fog, I’d like to hear how you worked that out.
