Latest Test/HCG Protocols?

I'm getting ready to start TRT. I'm trying to decide between 2 different protocols. The first is to inject Test Monday morning and Thursday afternoon 50mg each injection and HCG 250iu Sunday morning and Wednesday afternoon. The second is to inject both Test and HCG the same time on the Monday morning Thursday afternoon protocol. Which one do you guys think would be better? Any changes you would make to the dosing? Thanks for your input.

Try each for 4 weeks and see how you feel and how your testicles are. We are all different. Mine is 75 mg T plus 500 IU HCG (combined) twice per week.

I personally absolutely hate injecting more than twice per week. My adherence drops significantly as I forget to inject.

I'm with you Nelson. Twice per week seems very adequate for me. I mix them via the "Nelson Method".

Tell me, do you feel better at 150mg/week than at higher doses? If so, in which ways?

I recently dropped from 200 total/wk to 180/wk. It's only been 1 week but I "seem" to feel a little better. I know it's baby steps, and I've also broken the rules by making a few changes at once (backed down on the Arimidex as well from 0.5 mg biweekly to 0.25mg). I feel better actually, but I know I need to give it more time than just a week. One thing I've learned is that you must exercise patience when making adjustments, even small ones.
