Just started trans-scrotal cream 3 days ago. How long does it take to notice a difference.

Hello all,
I started on 75mg a day a couple days ago after my labs showed test in the gutter. I know that it takes about 3 weeks to see the first changes from injections but can’t find anything about the cream. I thought this was due to levels having to stabilize as it is an ester, however the cream is bio identical and t levels shoot strait up. When can I expect to start feeling the effects (especially libido wise) from the cream? Just anxious to feel better!

If you haven’t felt anything by now, you probably don’t absorb topicals well. The half-life of topicals cream is 4 hours, so if you absorb the cream, your levels should have gone up and you should have felt something by now.

I absorb cream pretty poorly and I felt something after each dose, for around 3 hours I felt amazing, but didn’t absorb enough to last me a full day even at twice daily dosing.

Almost all test is bio identical.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
