Injection schedule input...

I'm 4 weeks into therapy and my doctor said I could increase my testosterone dosage from 120mg to 150mg a week. I can choose how I want to inject. I'm trying to decide between 2 or 3 injections a week. If I did three I would inject MWF mornings 50mg a shot. If I did two it would be Sunday evening Thursday morning 75mg a shot. I like injecting in the morning and don't like injecting in the evening because it seems to make it hard to go to sleep. Any thoughts or input on which protocol would be better?

I don't like injections, so for me the fewer the better.

I inject 90 mg E4D. Shallow IM in thigh. It works well for me. No dips in energy or feelings. However, my trough is probably more than 1000 mg/dL.

Jth9524 - Have you been injecting? There's a growing number of guys on this site injecting everyday. Unless your SHBG is super low, I'd start with twice weekly. See how you feel and how that schedule works in your life and make adjustments as needed. I'm the guy who has SHBG on the low end of normal and did ok with once weekly injections (as long as my E2 was under control). I'm currently injecting twice weekly and feeling good!

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
