I need help with my TRT

Hello, I have been lurking on this forum, looking at other cases and learning a little from them, but now I would like some guidance from you about my situation. At the age of 24, I was diagnosed with secondary hypogonadism, but it was a problem I had had before that age. (I related my symptoms more to depression and took antidepressants, but instead of improving, I got worse).

I have been on the current protocol for 77 days, which is 30mg of Testo EOD, However, although I noticed improvements in the first two months, I am currently experiencing much more anxiety, strange pains, and pressure in my head, even though I frequently check my blood pressure and the average is 125/80. There are few days when I can function well sexually, but the orgasm is not at all satisfying, or I simply cannot get an erection, or I am very irritable or alert.

Something else to clarify:

Both of these are from the psychiatric side:

I take 150mg of bupropion daily (since my concentration and energy levels were very low)

2-4mg of clonazepam daily

From the urologist:

5mg of tadalafil daily (recommended by my endocrinologist)

and, as I said, 30mg of testosterone via IM in the glutes EOD (I tried to do it via SubQ but it caused me allergies and discomfort)

Before the 77 days, I was on Sustanon for 3 months, 300mg every 21 days, but I didn't notice any improvement

I am attaching my test results

SHBG in single digit is not good. Free T is high. You could try a lower weekly dose; 3x30mg per week.

Edit: your free testosterone test is probably not correct. The calculated fT is around 13 thus not high.
Prolactin seems elevated maybe from psych meds.
Some CBC markers are out of range, requires GP consultation (underlying inflammation).

Nutrition, alcohol and exercise?

Regarding anxiety: maybe the bupropion is now too much stimulating. Try lowering the dose.
