How Much Cypionate For Reaching Optimal Testosterone Level

Hi All.
Me going to start this week on Friday with Testosterone Only
I am Primary and want achieve Optimal Test Levels
My details
Age 41
Weight 75/77 kg
Height 175cms
TT 378
Shbg 50
Estradiol 38
Should I start with 100 MG splitting in a week and after 6 weeks after blood work ramp up dosage
Does it mean below maths
1. 100mg =520
2. 140mg =780
3. 200mg =1200
Please let me know I am little bit confused. I do not want to take anastrozole due to side effects and protection of my liver in long run

You can't figure out your labs before starting testosterone. Way too many variables. A good starting dose is 50 mg of testosterone twice a week and adjust from there. I know you could do Labs after 6 weeks, I always like to wait for 12 weeks. It usually takes me that long before I feel the total difference, from one protocol to the other.

Unfortunately it’s impossible to predict what your levels will be while using different dosages of testosterone. I’ve actually decreased my dose and my levels increased. You will have to find the right dose through experimentation. As Vince stated, give your body time to stabilize before blood work. Don’t change protocols too frequently.

Just like those above say, you won't be able to tell. I've been on 120mg test cypionate a week and 500IU 2x week for over a year and I get troughs with total testosterone over 1000 ng/dL, however my T:E ratio is still low and my protocol is being adjusted. It took a more extensive blood panel to really see what was going on and what can be done to actually optimize your situation, which involves more than total testosterone. Free testosterone, T:E ratio, thyroid function, and more will affect how you feel.

Hi Vince, as we are both Primary As I am born with low Testosterone ( Small testicles) and after later in life due to chronic stress and alcohol my testicles shrink as estrogen dominance making testicles to shrink. I have tried clomid and TT went to 738 and also my libido. But once I stopped the clomid the TT again come back to 378 which I think estrogen suppressed the testicles size and functionality. That's why me also fear my HCG monotherapy as LH will increase my Testosterone but then again high estrogen will make Testicles to shrink again. I am just confused as in both cases the estrogen will be on upper side and will make my testicles to shrink. HCG monotherapy will not work for me I suppose and I so not have any choice with going with T only therapy for lifetime.
Please let me know your views on the same. Thanks

Most of the testosterone in men is produced by the Leydig cells situated in the testes. So where you go through puberty your testicles get larger. It has nothing to do with estrogen.

Thanks. Problem is that there is no option now available to increase testicles size and functionality with increase in leydig cells. Because after stopping vlimd your natural LH and Fsh Wil be restored in absence of estrogen blocker clomid and negative loop will open up again. And your estradiol will bounce back.
Only option is to opt for TT therapy and manage E2 with freqnet and dosage based on SHBG levels. Testoreone will create new cells in body and provide you optimal health and other benefits.
Without Testosterone every organ in body is again in absence. Estradiol can be managed with diet and cauliflower class vegetableS
