Can anyone tell me how Vit D / D3 lowers SHBG???
I have always had high SHBG and due to that low free Testosterone
I take 2 sachets of 50mg Testo Gel each morning 06:30, along with Vit D3 & zinc, I will be getting bloods taken tomorrow for a further update

What do you're total and free testosterone levels look like? what do you're other hormones look like? I suffer from the same issue but I'm not on trt.
