How do athletes microdose without suppressing natural T?

An acquaintance I know at the gym swears by using Dbol like a pre-workout supplement. He takes 15 mg once (oral), an hour before his workout, 4 or 5 times per week. That’s it. From what I understand you’re supposed to take Dbol in 3 or 4 doses per day and a daily dose of 30 mg to 50 mg??? I’m not familiar with Dbol, and I would never use oral steroids, ever. He has an amazing physique, so who knows?

I have always thought that if one was able to supplement with T, that would be best.

I know for myself, my body does not seem to resound well to “replacing” T.

Many of us know the “honeymoon“ phase when staring...or for me I get that honeymoon stage when stopping T as well...so my thoughts are that adding to natural production without shutting down would truly be optimal.

Hope someday maybe this will be figured out.
