Help trying to figure out my HCG dosage - converting IU to ML etc

Hi, I've been on HCG only for the last 4 years and have done well with it. My doc retired and now I'm going to be seeing a new one and I can't remember how to figure out my HCG dosage.

I'm using 50 units insulin syringes with a capacity of .5ML. I'm mixing 5ml of water with 10,000 IU of Pregnyl, then pulling the syringe down to 17 units on the syringe. Could someone give me the correct way to figure out my dosage?

Could you tell me how you calculated it?

10,000iu / 5ml = 2,000iu per ml

.17ml x 2,000iu = 340iu
