Headaches after food - related to e2 flux? low progesterone and DHEA? I can't figure it out ;(

I've have a lot of ups and down on this journey but I am settling in at sub Q 80mg weekly, 2x (40mg/40mg).

After switching dosing to many times, I have been settled in around 78-80mg for a few months now.

I was on 3x a week, split since the summer and after trying 90mg, 84mg, and then 78mg but sleep was terrible. Labs showing SHBG over 70 and I realized DIM could be causing it so I stopped and sure enough E2 stuck but SHBG dropped. My last draw was in the low 800s, SHBG 48, sensitive e2 42. Fine with all that coming from much higher SHBG and effectively crushing my free T.

Problem 1 - gained prob 15lb (water weight) in 8 weeks since stopping DIM, I can chalk that up to hormonal flux. Started at 160ish, over 175 some mornings, but I can deal with that if its temporary, even though I don't like it. (Yes I am sure I didn't eat that many cookies over the holidays!)

Problem 2 - I am running for the last 10 weeks is headaches after eating almost every time and I feel like shit, nightly, by 9pm. This started a few weeks before I stopped the dim but was after switching to 3x for a bit. I rode the wave for months 3x a week.

I was reading about free e2 ratios and it seems now I am more in range now along with better free T. Labs are showing all good, sugar is fine, glucose is fine, a1c fine, etc.

Someone said it could be progesterone and DHEA because I tested at .3 and 27. Back in the day I was supplementing with 50mg pregnenolone / 25mg DHEA but DHEA never got over 150ish so I stopped thinking they were doing anything, maybe they were. I recently started using 30mg of pregnenolone and 5mg if DHEA, it was said sometimes less is more and maybe I was in a negative look but lower could be better.

Also I went back to 2x a week vs 3x, same dose.

Out of desperation I donated blood last night (hematocrit 51.7), but nothing changed.

Any ideas/advise Ill take it. T is supposed to make you feel good, and I can tell when I have good days its great but Ive been struggling for 10 weeks now, its draining.
