HCG Starting Dose

You will have different replies to this question. I am assuming that you want to use HCG since you experienced significant testicular atrophy and/or are not experiencing sexual drive benefits on TRT.

While keeping all variables in control (read: https://www.excelmale.com/forum/thr...cement-therapy?highlight=monitor+testosterone ), some men are using 300-500 IU of HCG twice a week. This may bump up your estradiol and testosterone by 10-20 percent (speculative range)

Like Nelson stated; there are no real clinical guidelines for dosing and injection administration of HCG while on a TRT protocol.

I went for year at 250 iu Monday, Wednesday and Friday with good results.

A few months ago I went to a everyday injection of 125 iu and can say I feel a bit of increase in libido and well being...purely subjective of course.

Some doctors are known to recommend injecting 3000-5000 IU of HCG as a loading dose during the first week to "wake up" Leydig cells to then use 500 IU twice a week as maintenance along with testosterone gels or injections.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
