G'day ppl,

Im currently using 150 iu of HCG daily.
I have been thinking off changing to Nelsons method of 500iu every 3.5 days.
Can anyone tell me the advantages to Nelsons protocol. (Except the obvious of less pinning)?
Are there any disadvantages?

I did read here somewhere that Dr Saya found that there were higher levels of HCG in the bloodstream between doses. Is this an advantage.

I have have experimented with 200iu doses for a week and was rewarded with sensitive nipples.

Thank you in advance

You are only using HCG? Can you provide any other protocol details?

That's Estrogen going to high. (over) stim the testes and the aromatization that occurs in the testicular environment, an AI is less effective and E tougher to control. It's a sign that you're using too much HCG.
As far as I see it, there's no reason to (over) stim the testes, you're right in trying different things, know the signs when it's too much. Consider 250iu 2XW. I've used as little as 100iu 2XW. You only need keep the testes alive.
