PSA spike

I am 66 and my PSA has pretty consistantly been around .6 I started TRT injections and while i have been taking a relatively small amount at .25 twice a week, in a little after a month my T went from 260 to over 800, but my PSA has more than doubled. does this happen with TRT?

Yes, mine also double, recently it has been going down and is lowered now. I started TRT at the age of 60, I'm 70 now
