Good advice, thank you!!They usually write some simplified instructions on the outside of the box that the water and powder were in. It has your prescription number, name,etc and says mix x-mls of water into the vial of powder. For the procedure, take an alcohol wipe, pop off the metal caps on the vials, take one swipe with the wipe across the top of the vials. Then pull back the syringe to suck in air to however much water it tells you to squirt into the powder, then put it into the water and inject the air, then with the syringe still in there, turn the water vial up and suck out the amount of water required. Pull it out and then take the powder vial, set it down on the counter, put the needle of the water syringe in there and squirt in the water. Now, before you take it out, make sure you are not touching the liquid with the tip of the needle because now you are going to suck out just some air-about the same amount as the liquid that you just put in. Swirl it gently until the powder is all dissolved. When you get ready to inject the prepared mixture, suck in some air into the syringe about the same amount as you want to withdraw liquid from it and insert the needle squirt in the air into the vial, then invert upside down and withdraw the amount you want. If you have any doubts or uncertainty or unclear, call the doc or pharmacy and have them walk you through it right over the phone. That stuff is to expensive to waste or error. Don't be in a hurry.

This is incredible! It’s not just the erection. I was pretty paranoid about this at first but if you are at least partially deflating to half chub level within four hours I think you're fine. I think you need to be rock hard for more than 4 hours to do damage.
Definitely going down now. I’m guessing I’ll need to use a lower dose next time? I was only expecting a hour. Depending on what page your read. I took 5 Sudafed I can pretty much bend it now as were it was pretty rockhard earlier. Thanks for your input. I was kind of freaking out a little bit.

Yes use less next time. I made the same mistake at first of taking too much. The other thing to watch out for though is the trimix will become gradually weaker over time and you will have to increase dose a bit, unless you freeze it to stop the degradation of the alprostadil. Over a long enough timeline your tri-mix basically becomes bi-mix. This becomes more of an issue if it takes many months to get through a vial.
How much do you take now? I’m going to run all this by my doctor. I’m assuming he’ll want to cut it in half? I’m not sure. Roughly 3 hours, along with the five Sudafed’s. My erection is pretty much gone now. That could be normal for all I know again this is just my first time.

Some guys want their erection to last 3 hours and dose higher on purpose to achieve that. For most normal sex though that is obviously too long. I would try something like 30-50% less next time. I was doing well with maybe .08 ml at first and now I'm doing around .12 ml as my vial is aging. Next time I'll probably freeze it when I first get it and only defrost it occasionally to fill a bunch of syringes.
3 hours! I don’t have that kind of stamina. .08 sounds like something I’ll run by my doctor. I’m definitely happy with the results. 3 and a half hours and It’s still a little sore. My doc mentioned that.

So I got TriMix for those occasions.
As others mentioned, you might drop your dose some.
You do not want to damage your cock. That will only bring further frustration.

exactly, I figured three hours was to much. It’s mental and physical with me. 100 mg Viagra eventually wouldn’t do anything and looking back on at the side effects of Viagra are terrible. For me anyway blurry vision in red in the face. How many Sudafed do you take?
It’s in the fridge now, how long does it last in refrigerator? Yesterday being the first time I used it.

Mine is a couple months old and I need to dose it about 50% higher than when I first opened it
I take two at the two hour mark.
The last time I did trimix I went put and got on the treadmill at max incline at the 2 1/2 hour mark as I was still pretty hard.
I did that for about 15 minutes and was about 50% hard afterwards.
From what my provider said...a PAINFUL erection is what you want to avoid.
It is still odd to me that the whole 3-4 hour erection being a problem.
All the way into my 30's I could be hard for 5-6 hours straight. Naturally.
And would wake up with a painful erection more days than not.
What's the saying...youth and agility will be soon replaced by old age and misery?

I tried it a few times without much success and I gave up. was like half a plumper... .1 to .3 - After that the Dr did say I could try increasing the dose even more.
I may try again after my annual check up with him.
