How much time do use keep an open vial before trash it?

but the expiratin date is about the closed vial. i am talking about an Open vial.

It is good for quite a long time - certainly long enough to have used up the contents without worry.

I wouldn't worry about the testosterone getting bad or weak. Just use it up.

So i could use a vial 10 ml of 200mg/ml T Cyp, (expiration 04/2018) and make 100 mg week for 20 week without problems ?

No problem, use an alcohol wipe for cleaning the top of the vial.

Presumably, one is storing testosterone out of direct sun, in a room in which the temperature is reasonable and controlled. Presumably.
