Estrogen and high BP

In an interesting thread Nelson posted recently, I walked away with the understanding that excess estrogen in a man can cause a rise in estrogen levels. Was I correct in what I think I understood? This would explain a lot for me, personally. Thanks.

Sorry for confusion. Best Posts of the Week featured a submission about high blood pressure. A couple of guys responded to the poster saying that his BP may be spiking due to elevated E2. I never knew that BP could be affected by elevated E. If that's a fact, it makes some sense for me, personally.

I’m curious about this too. I’m currently dealing with high BP in the 145/90 area. Blood work shows normal Hemoglobin (15.6g/dL), Hematocrit (47.6%), total Test (1328ng/dL) a day before injection, free T (34.9pg/mL), Estradiol sensitive (48.9pg/mL), and SHBG (37.3nmol/L). No AI taken and on HCG. No other side effects from high E2, but the high BP could be one. Can you post the link to that post? Thanks.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
