Hey guys, it has been a while; I have been pretty dialed in on cream for a few years. I have been a patient of Defy for 6–7 years and using Empower cream for about 4–5 years. With my last order, I noticed they completely changed the base. On another group, a poster noticed the same thing. It took them speaking to three different Empower reps to find out they did change the base. My issue is that both Defy and Empower did not notify patients. It is a completely different cream. It comes out very thin and almost hard-looking, but it is super oily feeling and does not vanish on the skin like HRT base. The other poster noticed he got similar numbers. I just wanted to inform other cream users that they changed bases without notifying anyone.
