Elevated hematocrit

good afternoon guys !!

I just received the result of my last blood work: here is what troubles me and what triggered my search for an answer

I m currently taking Cypionate .5 ml a week and nandrolone .5 ml a week too.

Test is 596
Hemoglobin is 17.3 (13.2 - 17.1)
Hematocrit is 52.8 (38.5 - 50)

I will be talking with Defy in 2 weeks. My PCP is on vacation and will be back in 1 month.
I have tendency to be dehydrated fault to drink enough water. I now take very much attention to drink. I also started to supplement with grapefruit seed extract and started eating grapefruit every day. I also started taking aspirin.

Note: There is no blood drive around for now and today is injection day.

Q: is this considered a really dangerous level?
Q: should I continue injecting nandrolone or stop for now?

I can't find answers anywhere

thanks is again for your support

Paco

Thanks guys, I will continue my protocol and as soon as I can i will donate. The issue for me is my geographical location the florida keys and I can see a mobile blood bank maybe once a month or more.
oh well!!
Would you happen to know if the grapefruit seed extract (gse) and grapefruit are an efficient way to start lowering the hematocrit?
I m reading quite a bit about this but no real clinical studies
thanks again guys got your support

sometimes donating makes a small difference, mine went from 53 to 52 from donating, however I started drinking a gallon of water a day, 4 - 32oz. cups it's easier than you think over the course of a day. the following test hema went to 48 without donating.
