ED and AI

greeting! I abused AI for a long time because I thought e2 was evil. Every time I would see an “elevated” e2 on a lab test, which was not lc / ms / ms but an immune assay, I would immediately raise my AI dose and have been suffering from erectile dysfunction ever since. I am currently on 200mg of testosterone and 200mg of masteron without AI but ED still bothers me, I have morning erections but ED is still there, as if the head of the penis is empty without blood and not sensitive enough. Does it take a long time to get it back to normal? I would be very grateful for an answer

You're using high doses of testosterone and Masterson. It would be nice to see your complete testosterone panel.

i know yes, i know this is a group for people on the trt, i am more on the side of bodybuilding but it was bodybuilding broscience that got me in trouble. once I realized this, I started following people and experts from the trt community to learn as much as I could about hormones. so I would be very grateful if someone could help me with this specific problem.

Masteron has anti-estrogen properties, so at that dose it is possibly reducing estrogenic action too much, even with the relatively large dose of testosterone (cypionate?).

Hey bro it’s definitely the masteron I used to compete for several years then my body jus stopped reacting well and had to get off everything I become extremely sensitive to any ai I microdose my ai now and do fairly well but I have tried adding masteron twice to my trt and and dropping the ai and after two weeks it drops me and I’m doing 240mg of ultra test a week which is high for trt but it’s where I feel the best with my low shbg

the problem is that I used adex on that "cruise" and probably crashed e2 like that and now it probably takes longer because of the masteron for the symptoms of low e2 to go away, it's been a little over 2 weeks since I droped adex, I thought of raising a temporary dose of testosterone first, but maybe I just have to be patient and wait

Becouse in my country there is no LC/MS lab method, only ECLIA which is not accurate, especially when is about e2

ECLIA is useful even though it may have a positive bias. Its superior repeatability means that you can track changes in estradiol better than with LC/MS.

I agree with catacrous, you need some labs.

I’d rather have eclia than lcms. It’s cheaper and takes 1 day and doesn’t randomly give nonsensical results.

It’s like saying you want an audi instead of a honda then your audi breaks down 5 times in a year.
