Seems there was a big snafu with discounted labs recently.I was told two weeks on my E2 results.Is that the norm? Seems a ridiculous time to wait and adjust protocol.

Thanks Nelson, I did try 2 computers on didn't networks and 2 iPhones on different carriers and i get the same error page, it seems that everything goes well until I check out and then I select to check out with an existing account and after entering the account information that is when it goes south on me.It must be a problem at your end. We keep getting orders every few minutes. Some people's firewall or malware protection software is usually the problem. The only firewall that doesn't always work that I know of is Trend Micro, which doesn't seem to be very popular. I have repeatedly submitted a request to mark the site safe because it is and they all go ignored. Symantec, Kaspersky, and many others have unblocked sites and apologized for the mistake. These companies are trying to provide a paid service to people who sign up where the firewall company tries to classify sites as safe or not. When they make a mistake, they block legitimate sites. So I think that is what is happening here.
Have you tried placing the order on another computer or on your phone?
I think it was something to do with the existing account I had, I tried it again but this time I created a new account and everything went smooth. I used a different email provider; the email account that wasn't working was an ATT.net account but it works with my YAHOO.com account. Thanks for your help and also for the support that your providing to all of us in the trt world.Did you use the same email provider or not? Just curious which one worked and which one did not. I am glad you got through!
