DIM anyone?

I am in Canada so everything is backward here ,I will have to look that up , that is so frustrating for me because I understand US values and get lost on our own ever since we went the metric route .My pre trt reading was 470 nl/dl total just after I had Covid and my e2 was 70 .I obviously have a problem with high estrogen yet I am still able to build muscle ,no fatigue ,no gyno symptoms. They offered me an AI but according to my ******** group and the videos I shouldn't be concerned about it .Its the low e2 one has to worry about .Here is my estradiol 464 pmol/L .My free testosterone was 26.8 but I suspect my levels will adjust given time and effort .I am doing everything naturally as I can to lower it .I have watched all the videos including ones with the founder of Excel Male .These are the go to people to listen too on this subject .
My estradiol is 126pg/mL

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
