Dead dick , started TRT, help!

So i’ve been having to use viagra pretty much every time I have sex, hide it from my girlfriend , as it’s pretty embarrassing to have to rely on.

lately tho i’ve taken up to 100mg and it does diddly shit but give me wicked heart palps and high heart rate .

I’ve also had no motivation and low energy so i got on TRT , labs were-
total test - 288
estrogen- 14


so i’m taking 60mg 2x per week and hcg 2x per week. after first injects yesterday my dick is still dead , and my girlfriend is starting to get really pissed that i’m avoiding her . I know it’s gonna take a while to work but idk what to do. y’all who’ve been there know how horrible the feeling is

This might be the problem right here, some men cannot tolerate it at all. It’s a libido and dick killer.

You may be overdosed on your TRT as well. Too much T and E2 can be as bad as not enough.

Also, when one starts TRT or changes dosages, hormone levels, become unstable, and are in flux, becoming steady at 4-6 weeks.

So I wouldn’t expect much this early in treatment.

If you’re coming from not having an erection and low-T, you may not go from zero to full blown erections right away, sometimes taking up to 6 months to start seeing changes in erections.

From the sound of it, good riddance. If she’s going to be selfish and not willing to stand by her man while you figure things out, I would dump her!

Let me ask you something, knowing at the first sign of trouble your gf will leave you, do you see yourself marrying her?

TRT isn’t going to give you overnight success.

I would drop your TRT dose down to 40-50 mg twice weekly, stop the HCG.

i’m the type that would try tri mix for sure just to see if it’s all that great , I just heard you also need the antidote because it could land you in the hospital pretty quick .. also impossible to get it unless prescribed by an endo or something

I developed mild deca dick with NPP. it resolved within a week or so stopping. but NPP has a short half-life. with ND ....it might take up to a month to resolve. you can use DHT derived anabolics to override the DHN binding which causes deca dick

First off, I appreciate your honesty. I too have suffered from TRT dead dick. I look amazing and jacked, very self confident and work is great. And I have zero sexual interest and my dick is small and has hangs to the side.

Bad news: Everyman is different and different doses work differently.

I am a sexual animal on 140 mg a week of testosterone cypionate SUBQ and 2 clicks of high dose testosterone cream applied to my flank.

Now, if I take 155 or 165 mg of testosterone a week and 2 clicks of cream? My dick is shriveled and I have no sexual desire. I can’t stand looking at my wife.

See the fine line?

For me I have zero sex drive and dead dick on IM injections. SUBQ injections release slower and give me sex drive.

Not telling you what to do but wanted to share my story of being on TRT for 5 years. Finding what works for you takes times.

I do daily SuB Q. 20 mg a day. Rotate between stomach, love handles and butt. It works best for me. Find what works for you. Keep notes and log.

I've been on a re-started trt journey now for about 4 years. Done it all, IM, sub-q, weekly, EOD, daily, large dosage, small dosage, pellets, etc. Currently doing only 60mg IM weekly once a week and on days 1, 3-7 are pretty good, day 2 is not. Will likely move to bi-weekly 30mg and try sub-q to try and blunt some of the 'day after' spikes. Libido is not bad as I also take 25mg pregnenolone EOD sublingually which somehow perks my system somewhat for good EQ and desire. Lately I've been very good about doing kegel exercises daily and that has helped strengthen things to where it is a marked improvement over not having done them. They indeed work.
