Crashed estradiol question with cortisol

Hello everybody
I recently crashed my estradiol with a very low dose of anastrozole. My bloodword came back with 9 two weeks ago and i felt really bad with achy joints lethargy, and dry skin dry hands. I stoped anastrozole and i think i will not touch it again. I am now on a daily protocol so i believe i do not need arimidex anymore.
My question is can low estradiol be linked with low cortisol
Or can low estradiol can lower cortisol?
Thank you

Hi Jerome, welcome to the forum.

Regarding your question about low estradiol linked to low cortisol.

I don't think but I am not an expert. I thought that elevated estradiol could impair cortisol. I'd have to research it some to understand the correlation more.

Have you read that low estradiol will in turn create low cortisol?

Hi mark thank you for answering me
No i did not read about a link between low estradiol and cortisol.
However i have low cortisol on my bw and it has lowered at the same time my estradiol lowered.
And i feel the side effects of both wich are sometimes the same.
Maybe low estradiol causes adrenal fatigue
If anyone can debate about this

Low testosterone, low estradiol, a poorly performing thyroid, low cortisol, and low iron can all cause severe fatigue. How is your sleep? Do your snore or get up often to go to the bathroom while sleeping? Sleep apnea?
