Just wanted to revisit this topic since prices haven’t improved much over the past couple of years.

I’m still seeing very high prices at local Canadian pharmacies for generic tadalafil, especially for daily dosing. Splitting higher-dose tablets helps a bit, but it’s not a great solution long-term.

Has anyone found a reasonable option in 2024–2025 that actually ships to Canada without issues?

Would be interested to hear updated experiences.

I actually never have, and have been using for years now - UGLs seem to be the most reasonably priced, but obviously come with some caveats, usually underdosing.
The main issue seems to be most insurance companies (mine included) won't cover the cost - I was informed my insurance company won't cover Cialis unless I have a Dx of pulmonary arterial hypertension.
