Can't figure out Estradiol extremes

Wow. This is really frustrating. Still, if others have had to use such small doses (and they work), then I can't be only one having this difficulty. Thanks to everyone that responded with a similar suggestion.

Question- if the API is equally distributed within the tablet such that a quarter of a tab really equals .25 mg anastrozole, then could I crush, mix and weigh it on an appropriate scale to get the .125 or lesser dose? I certainly have extra time each day since, unfortunately, I have no current interest in surfing porn :-)

Technically yes, but it would require a very accurate scale and a fair bit of work. You would have to crush the tablets, weigh the powder, and then have a capsule machine or at least a bag of capsules to put the weighed result in, etc...A compounding pharmacy really takes the work out of this...

Another alternative would be to experiment with 1/4 tablet (0.25mg) just once a week. Yes, the half life is Anatrozole is less than a week, but when your E2 levels drop it takes a while to build back up so while not perfect, this is not as crazy as it might appear at first glance.
