Hello everybody,

first of all I hope this is the right place to post this. A friend of mine referred me to this forum.

About me:

I am 22 years old student,
around 91kg/200lbs and around 14% bf.
Currently I am dieting down with the help of a professional coach (probably one of the best out there).
I do not have any bodybuilding competition ambitions, I rather do it because I enjoy to and for other reasons.

Currently I am on 1650 kcal per day, having weight lifting sessions 5 days a week, 4 sessions of MISS cardio (à 400kcal) and 1 HIIT cardio session per week.

I track everything correctly in terms of nutrition, but still I am not losing weight as I should. My coach started wondering too.

I had my blood work done, which I will post up here. My doctor said everything is okay and that my blood work is normal. He practically told me to **** off. That is why I post here, to get some info from a few other people. I basically lost faith in most medical professionals.

I am not using any PEDs or alike. Should you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
The blood work is in German so if you need anything translated, please let me know.

It would be great to get some insight and a general evaluation of my blood work.

Thank you in advance,

Fadi

(Blood work was taken at 9am without eating before)

Everything looks OK except your hematocrit and red blood cells which seem low. Do you take aspirin? Any reason for these low levels?

Your TSH is trending high. I am not sure if the two blood tests I see in the table are free T3 and free T4 since it is written in a foreign language.

Thanks four your response.

I do not take any medication, and I haven't for the last 4 month or so.
Any other things that might have caused this?

If you are talking about FT3 and FT4 this should be the free one.

Just out of curiosity: Shouldn't I be higher in the testosterone range, taking into account my workout and eating habits, or doesn't that play any role?

Your total T is about 400 ng/dL. Yes, men your age usually have more than that. Have you previously used anabolic steroids or testosterone ?

Overtraining can cause a decrease of testosterone. Can that be your issue?

Your low hematocrit puzzles me.

Never have used testosterone or anabolic steroids.

I train quite a bit (as stated 5 workouts a week + four 40 minute medium intensity cardio sessions and one high intensity cardio session). But it's not like I am in the gym for 2h+. So I can't imangeone overtraining being the cause.

I will do some research on what hematocrit is and does.

What bothers me too is me not (or unreasonably slow) losing weight. With my stats and activity 1650 calories should make me lose fat faster than it does. Although everyone is different, I know girls that eat that much or even more and still lose fat.

So I read up a bit on causes for low hematocrit and hemoglobin. Nothing that I read does apply to me. At least not to my knowledge.

I found an old blood tests from 2010/2013. I will post it just incase it helps.

A few people told me that my blood work looks ok. Which I of course am happy about. Nothing better than hearing you are healthy.

But having the feeling the body doesn't work correctly or as it should be makes me insecure and bothers me.

Would you suggest any further examination by an endocrinologist or alike?
