Bags under eyes

Just to add a bit to this problem. Yellowish fat deposits can be a sign of high Cholesterol. Mine are just saggy red bags and if I drink alcohol the night before they are 20% worse in the morning and even more redish.

I personally don't have bags under my eyes, but I do have bags (?) on my cheeks in the area between my upper cheek bone and my nose to the corner on my mouth. Sort of like a diagnol roll. Really puffy and noticeable. I will try a post a pic in a bit. Very weird and on both sides.

Absolutely no cosmetics can remove dark circles around eyes - they are usually due to underlying vasculature. Creams with caffeine might reduce bags under eyes, by reducing water retention there.

Some bags under eyes are due to hollowed fat pad below them. In such cases they can be camouflaged by injecting a hyaluronic acid filler in the hollow - usually called "tear trough". Find an experienced injector and be conservative - injecting less is better. NEVER inject permanent fillers there - you have no recourse if something goes wrong like filler migration. The hyaluronic fillers can be dissolved with an enzyme, so they are safe in the hands of an experienced injector.

And yes, it's ok to be man and do something to make you feel more attractive.

can you please describe more about this ?
I started having the same issue since when I started TRT.

If it started with TRT, then it could be water retention below the eyes, not hollowness in the fat pad. Try Preparation H cream below the eyes - it contracts blood vessels and decreases water retention there OR try an eye cream with caffeine (allegedly also decreases water retention).

If it's water retention, it should not be covered up by fillers but address the water retention problem, systemically or locally.

For this one, do we need to go to doctor/specialist or something we can do DIY ? and how to do it ? Sorry....

If your bags are due to a newly acquired water retention under eyes, you should treat the underlying cause, not have filler injected. The filler retains water too and will make it worse.

It it's aging/reduction of the fat pad below the eyes, you go to a plastic surgeon office so they fill in the hollow "tear trough" with hyaluronic acid filler. Do not go to "spas", "saloon", Mexico and NEVER have injected a permanent filler under the eyes, not even your own fat transfer. You will be deeply sorry if something goes wrong with a permanent filler, including your own fat transfer.
