Arimidex Timing

If I'm injecting testosterone twice a week (Monday morning and Thursday evening), when is the best time to take Arimidex - the same day as the T shot or the day after?

Bass has got it right; Test Cyp peaks at about 72 hours from injection and an AI has about a 50 half life so both peak at the same time which is ideal.
