What supplements do you guys suggest ? I know diet is important, asking for extra supps

Those numbers are pretty middle of the road, not great but not way off either.

I think most of the current thinking has moved away from treating cholesterol just for the sake of treating numbers.
However, lipids can show that your hormones are not optimized.

How do your thyroid and testosterone numbers look?

Well im on trt, test and thyroid are good!

I'm a low shbg guy however, my shbg has doubled since i have added some supplements. Went from 6 to 12, and increasing still. My cholesterol numbers were very, scary high last year this time and i have a mild fatty liver that I've started to combat

Maybe you could look into soy lecithin. It has several benefits including helping with lipids and fatty liver.
I take it daily in a protein shake.

As for supplements to take, I quit statins couple years ago and have had great success with niacin (b3). I take 2000mg daily, it HAS to be the regular niacin, the non flush won't do anything for you as far as cholesteral because of the way the body metabolized it. You will Get used to the flush after couple months so it won't bother you. All my numbers are good now I don't worry about cholesterol,.
As far as a fatty liver, few years back my LFT were all elevated and high. I was taking oral nsaids(napraxon) daily for a couple of injuries for well over a year and really jacked with my liver. Stopped the nsaid and started taking milk thistle in the am and pm and LFT returned to normal.
