Hi,

I'm on week 3 of switching to the cream. Injections was just hell. Wouldn't ever do again.

It's 20% and 100mg per click.

I currently do 2 clicks per day. And feel quite good generally but not quite there in libido.
I tested 3 clicks for a couple days and omg I felt amazing and had so much sex. Mood, sleep and energy all better as well.

I ask about application as I shave every 2 days and follow all the instructions, I leave it longer before clothing and rub thoroughly. but still get a white like powder residue on my balls and in my boxers

Do you guys think I actually need 300mg to just feel amazing and have good libido or should I not have this residue so I need to do something to help absorption?

I'm perfectly happy otherwise so don't need steering in any other directions. I don't have bloods yet as they won't do Anything pre 6 weeks change.

Are you sure it's 100mg/click? 20% cream should be 50mg/click. What you're describing would be a 400mg/mL concentration, which is strongly advised against because it's much harder to stabilize chemically, most docs who prescribe the cream would actually say impossible.

I'm doing 3 clicks/day (50mg/click) on the scrotum once in the morning. When I was doing 2 clicks/day i had no cream left visible within 2 minutes, maybe less. At 3 clicks it takes longer, perhaps 15m or so because I'm reapplying to a lot of the same areas since there's not that much to go with.

You could also split application between scrotum and inner forearms/biceps. Some people say it doesn't absorb for them but I was able to get very high (65-70ng/dL) Free T levels applying there.

Get labs before committing to a certain dosage. It's not all about numbers but that doesn't mean numbers don't matter. If you feel great at 5x the range, you probably still shouldn't stay there long term.

Libido is more than Testosterone. For me personally neurosteroids (Pregnenolone/DHEA) have a much greater impact on libido, as well as mood, executive function, etc...so I would look into that also, and I would go topical for Preg/DHEA as well.

Topical application of hormones favors a more androgenic conversion pathway because of the high density of 5-alpha reductase enzymes in the skin (not just the scrotal skin). I've been having a much better response to topical DHEA than I ever did oral DHEA.

If you feel good, I wouldn’t increase it just for libido alone. Libido is funny and variable and more testosterone doesn’t necessarily fix that. ie: last week, I couldn’t stop thinking about sex. This week, nothing. No interest at all and there has been no change in my replacement regimen and things in my life are the same this week as last week. So, why the change? Who knows. But, I do know it’ll swing back the other way in a couple of weeks.

Only because this dosage is no libido, no sex at all so far and I kind of only switched to it to fix that issue particularly.

Hi,

It's 0.5ml per click, says so on the lid.
I tried applying it different this morning. Any excess instead of waiting and then rubbing more I just did it to behind balls/gooch area and it all disappeared pretty quick so I'll see how that feels.

I'm asking and fiddling with things as I've done 3 clicks/300mg for 2x days on 2 separate weeks and both times it's the only time I had proper libido and I just felt great.

Let's see how absorption today plays it's role.

That's most likely 50mg of 20% cream so you are really on 150mg. The prescription was written for one AM and PM click giving you the 100mg. There is enough cream for 200mg for 90 days at four clicks. You will have to find the dose that best works for you.

The only other factor is you save money by less clicks. One click a day last me a year on a 90 day prescription.

No, my email from my clinic clearly states 100mg per click

So, I think you need to give it more time. If it hasn’t even been 6 weeks yet, that’s not enough time.

And 20% is 100mg/mL. The topiclick dispenser will give you 0.5 mL per click. Therefore it’s 50mg per click.

I had to apply twice per day (morning and evening) to feel good which is not that uncommon. It’s also the main reason I went back to injections as I found it much simpler to inject every other day with an insulin needle rather than apply the cream twice every day. I tried cream two separate times with the best of intentions but found both times it wasn’t worth the effort for me. I realize others like it.

I honestly still prefer this. Even when I'm dialing in and getting side effects it's nothing like with injections as I get them really bad.

Interesting how variable this is per person. Twice daily cream wasn’t a great experience for me. Got really bloated and libido wasn’t great. When I reduced to daily, things got a whole lot better. Seems some people need that daily fluctuation in levels rather keeping a more steady level.
